M&M International's Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
This Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy applies to the activities of M&M International. M&M is committed to a work environment that is free from human trafficking and slavery, which for purposes of this Policy, includes forced labor and unlawful child labor. M&M does not tolerate or condone human trafficking or slavery. This Policy is consistent with M&M’s Ethics, Conflicts of Interest and Anti-Corruption Policy and its core values. All M&M International employees, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, partners and others with whom M&M conducts business are expected to comply with this Policy.
The business principles and ethics of M&M are not to be compromised and employees’ business actions must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to anti-slavery and human trafficking. Slavery and human trafficking are crimes.
M&M abides by all anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, regulations and rules. These general compliance guidelines are not meant to be fully encompassing, and any questions concerning this Policy should be directed to your supervisor, executive manager, or the Human Resource department.
