M&M International's Ethics, Conflicts of Interests and Anti-Corruption Policy

M&M International is committed to conducting its business with integrity and in accordance with all federal, state and local laws. For this reason, all M&M employees, including all agents and representatives of M&M International, are expected to adhere to the highest ethical standards in dealing with customers, business partners, suppliers, other departments and each other.

This Ethics, Conflicts of Interest and Anti-Corruption Policy sets forth the policies and procedures that govern the conduct of all employees of M&M. Not every situation confronting M&M employees, however, can be set forth in one document. Ultimately, M&M depends upon the individual judgment and personal ethical standards of each employee to maintain the organization's expectation of honesty and integrity in the conduct of its business, as guided by this Policy.
